Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and documentation to be eligible for a refund.

Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll provide you with return shipping instructions and a return address. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Non-Refundable Items

Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage are not eligible for refund. Customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Items missing original packaging or documentation may also be ineligible.

Exchanges

If you'd prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we're happy to arrange that. Once we verify your return, we'll send your replacement item at no extra cost.
